Chamang Waterfall HERE↗️ is a popular tourist attraction located approximately 70 km from Kuala Lumpur. It is also approximately a 20 minutes drive from Bentong town.

It’s known for its impressive size and powerful cascades, requiring minimal effort to reach, as you can drive almost directly to the falls. The waterfall offers a variety of activities, from relaxing picnics to more adventurous hikes.

While the entrance fees are usually collected in cash. The waterfall is easily accessible by car, with parking areas located nearby.

Amenities include showers, toilets, picnic areas, and even food vendors. A suspension bridge adds to the experience. There are also designated wading pools for safer swimming, while more adventurous visitors can explore the deeper sections and hiking trails. However, strong currents exist in certain areas, so caution is advised, especially with children.

A 2.5km hiking trail offers a more challenging experience, leading to views of the upper falls. Be prepared for some rocky and rooty sections.

The waterfall may be closed during the rainy season (generally November to January following years) due to dangerous currents and whirlpools. Always adhere to the warning signs and exercise caution near the water.
