Just to share something that other places may not giving you this, just because you have full attendance, of course a perfect attendance on monthly basis.

Many organizations I worked with, this is not applicable as management has deemed the attendance a minimum responsibility in you, therefore there is no additional reward, even if you perfectly work and present in the organization.

I feel very proud and I hope all other workers, be it a proud things, take this as a “training tool” for yourself, be punctual always in your work, and be responsible (not simply taking sick / unpaid leave) on your work too.

Apart from paying you salary, company is paying you extra, in hope to train you to become “good”.
